The car is finished for now. The carb had did not work out after all, it was too restrictive and making the car run too rich. A low profile air filter was modified to be even more low profile and used instead. The fresh air intake piping was left in place and slightly modified to deliver a nice cool air stream to the intake to keep the charger cool. It may not get any dyno numbers for awhile.

Banzai (Chris) is extremely professional and thorough in all his work. I would highly recommend anyone to take their RX-7 to his shop if not for the outstanding service but for the excellent prices as well! Elaine does a wonderful job documenting and keeping in touch with you throughout the entire project. I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else!
