Banzai Racing 6th Annual Spring BBQ

Our 6th Annual Spring Customer Appreciation BBQ is set for Saturday, May 19th, 2007. Starting at 12:00 noon, we will be supplying all the food and non-alcoholic beverages as always. This is a great opportunity to take a drive and meet with fellow RX-7/Rotary & Turbo enthusiasts.

We understand that some of you are in distant states or even foreign countries, but everyone is invited.

Directions are available from our website http://www.banzai-racing.com/index_contact.htm, just click on the map and enter your starting point.

If you are able to make it to this year's event please send an email to Elaine at ecloutier@banzai-racing.com letting her know how many people will be attending, this will allow us to plan for the correct amount of food and drinks.

We look forward to seeing you all on may 19th.

We have received email confirmations from people as far away as NC. Looks like there will be a bunch of new faces at this BBQ.

So far the weather forecast says sunny and 74 without any chance on rain, but we will keep and eye on it.

Lets see take a left out of your diveway go 1.3 miles...... wait maybe that is a right......

I know one thing it would certainly be quicker to drive then to walk or ride a bicycle from WI.

from first post ......Directions are available from our website http://www.banzai-racing.com/index_contact.htm, just click on the map and enter your starting point.

Had a great time. Thank you for the good food and company, it was nice too see so many 7s in one place and all generations.

Had a little trouble on the way home, clutch went out completely. Radkins limped it home for me while i drove his FD. I think the clutch line broke because i had fluid leaking out. I'm sure my starter hates me now.

Glad you got it home alright...Right as I split off on 28 I was wondering how well the starter was going to hold with all those lights!

Had a good time, good to see everyone again...big thanx to Chris and Elaine for hosting and the food. I will definatly be back for the fall meet...hopefully this time without pistons!

Maybe then you won't have a problem keeping up in the straights on the way home. lol. Just kidding.

That Zo6 runs pretty strong though.

I had a great time. Thanks for having this get together and I am looking forward to next year. Wish I could have stayed longer, but I had a birthday party to go to. I got some pictures as well. I will post them later.

Chris and Elaine are truely the most hospitable people in the buisness. I've been to many shops, and many "cook outs", from all kinds of "tuners" and this one is one I'd drive all day to get to... In fact, I did! 10 hours, 630 miles one way. Worth every penny in gas and every minute behind the wheel. You'd be insane to miss it and be within four hours of the shop. Always have a great time and you'll always see me there.

Thanks Banzai, for a great time, again.

Hope to see you both again soon!

Mike and Heidi.
