carb and exaust if you want to go fast.
susp. after that.
some people will tell you to do susp. first but the carb and exaust will definitly bring a bigger smile on your face.

electric fan in place of clutch fan, remove a/c, remove rats nest and air pump, that will help u loose some strain and make the most of ur hp.

If you remove your Air Pump and rat's nest you will need to remove your cat (or have a plugged one like me). Removing the rat's nest won't do anything if it's operating correctly. Removing it makes upkeep easier and makes finding vacuum leaks somewhat easier.

high performance tires brought the biggest grin to my face. Thats where I would start. then go with a lsd swap if not already equipped.

I agree, I did suspension and tires at the same time and it was so great. I had done intake and exhaust first, and the extra power is nice but the car couldn't actually put it to the ground so I would just peel out a lot. Of course, that in and of itself is pretty fun too.

i agree with jkm...power isnt anygood if you cant handle it. yeah and $150FC is right about that rats nest removal....seriously it might free maybe .1288585 hp so unless its messed up then i wouldnt worry about it.

exaust and intake take you from 100hp to 140hp, so we're not talking about "real" power here. putting sticky tires on a 100hp car only makes it feel slower, imo.

Assuming that everything is in working order, as suggested by the 'doc...

Exhaust.

Get a header and free-flowing mufflers and it'll be a whole new car. Note I said 'mufflers,' and not 'muffler.'

Rotaries are loud.

I like Borla for the main muffler, but you'll need at least one, and probably two presilencers in addition to keep the exhaust note down to respectable levels.

This will be a noticeable upgrade, in the neighborhood of 10-15 HP.
