every1 needs to jump all over this...hes sellin the boxes cheep..if you dont think so call up a shop and ask how much a custom box is...at my shop we charge 300 starting for a custom box and that is just a plane box with a vent in it....a box like this we would charge up into the 500's ez for...at $275 you are stealing from this man......and at the $200 price you are steling and raping him.........

well i am sure of the bolt method......you dont lose anything from it..and what do you mean loose signal from the size
? a 12mm bolt is really not that big its about the same size as 8 gauge wire at most....there are speakers that you can hook 4 gauge wire up to...but if you really think that speaker terminals are better...then you need to go take a calss on custom fab of sound systems....so you can learn a thing or 2just my 2 cents

I was wondering when you build the box, can you make it to where if we want to put a grill over the speakers we can see it. When you mean you won't be able to see it do you mean because the carpet flap will be covering it? I was just wondering because they have some pretty nice looking grills that would look sweet on my subs.

well john im not trying to call you out nor am i trying to fight online...im not saying you dont know what you are talking about or that you dont have skill....but you said that it would caz loss of singal caz of the size..and that is not true..you said nothing about it being a safty issue.....im glad you have and can build systems alot of ppl can and do. but most the time they do not sound 100% or 30%(not saying this is you) and if you are using the 99 cent terminals..that it is just 1 more thing that can caz an air leak or to mess with the singal...the best thing to do would be to use a gold plated type of bolt with rubber end caps..but for a normal system the ss bolts work fine
you dont have to use this method if you dont but lets just try to work together to better the rotary world
