Is the car stock? Where do you live (temprature wise)? If the car is stock, are you playing with the choke?

trouble shooting = nessasary

the SE does have an ecu. i believe it is fuel injected, lol, seeing that he said that the injectors are good. is the gas thats in it good or is it old? have you inspected the fuel pump/filter?

have you checked your rotor and cap. maybe they're both rotten. I had a CRX that use to do the same thing and it endep up being the rotor.

Vacuum leak would be my first check... Look for any loose hoses.

Double check the ignition components. If it makes spark in open air, it might not make spark in compression.

How good is the fuel?

How did you check for fuel?

Did you check to see if you have injector pulse?

Check your fuel pressure, make sure its within factory specs.
I bought a gauge at NAPA that works fine, turns out my 'SE needed a fuel pump.

I would also check the switch in the AFM for the fuel pump. The SE pump runs when the key is in start and then after the engine starts, the switch in the AFM keeps the pump running. This may expain why it will only run for a couple seconds. One way that you could test it is to put a jumper wire across the terminals of the connector that has a rubber boot next to the AFM. This will bypass the AFM switch and allow the pump to run whenever the key is in the on position. Give it a try and see if it helps anything.
