Starting and headlight question

I have a couple questions but they're not related. I have a 79 and everytime I start it, it makes like a clunking sound. I don't have trouble starting the car but sounds kind of rough with that short clunk noise right before the car starts. Do I need a new starter?

My second question is that everytime I turn off my headlights the passenger side headlight makes a clunk sound right when it fully closes, almost like a bell sound but not so pronounced. Am I missing like a rubber stopper or something on that side?
Thanks for the help in advance!

First Question: This could be several things. Bad starter, bad motor mount to name a couple. Since the clutch is depressed or in neutral, it's not a u-joint.

Second Question: It's probably the nylon type actuator arm bushing. There's a forum member that sells them on eBay.

I would check the transmission mount as well. They tend to be neglected and separate from
where the rubber meets the mounting plate.

Where can I find them? There's a set on eBay but says it'll be coming from New Zealand.
