starter not cranking

i have 84 rx7 with a 13b swap and i recently blew out the pilot bearing. When i repaced it i went to turn on the car and it had battery power but didnt crank. so i thought maybe the wires are wrong. if anyone has a link to the diagram on hooking up the starter right or know wut else it could be it would be very helpful..

You can download a copy of the factory service manual per member trochoid profile.
The wiring is pretty straight forward though. You should have the small wire that clips onto the solenoid. The positive cable goes to the large post on the solenoid and the negative cable attaches to the block of the engine usually through the long starter bolt.

If you need to change the starter, disconnect the battery to avoid a sparkin'-good time.
