Well have you tried the basic tune-up? Plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, air filter, all fluids replaced, and check the battery terminals and grounds.
If you have already done that, then we need a little more information to help you.
I would also be checking for clogged cats, old nasty dirty fuel lines, or a clogged/dirty carb. You could also try running a full can of Seafoam through your 1/4 full gas tank, it will help clean your fuel system and help your engine internals work better.

well.. we origanaly had it with no vacume lines conected.. all of them pluged up.. then i conected em.. but they all jery rigged on ther.. but they all basicly go the same place.... but it still does the same thing..
the car will rev up mildly ok if you play with the choke.. but once it warms up it will just die when you give it gas..
the thing has brand new
cap, rotor, fuel pump, altenater, battery, and a new pair of coils :P
i know what to do on regular 4 cils and v8s.. but this is a heck of alot differant

Remove the fuel line from the carb, place container under it, and turn on the key. See what the fuel flow is. FSM calls for around 1L per minute.
If it isn't flowing near that much, check the filter (just in front of the rear axle, left side of car), as it prolly needs replacing.

ok.. when you have the key on the on position it kinda dribbles out... a tad bit slower then if it was gravity fed.. and there is no fuel filter on it.. i took that out right aftetr the new fuel pump got put on
(im bigandfluffys freind. i did all the work :P)

Removing the filter, and not replacing it is a big mistake. Our fuel tanks tend to be old and rusty. Not only will you plug up the carb and fuel lines, you can damage the pump, if you haven't already. It's a possibility that the pickup line in the tank if filling with rust too, even the fuel lines under the car. Do your fuel flow tet in the engine bay, then right after the pump to see if there's any difference.

one thing you can check is....
If you know anything about carb's is get a rebuild kit! or just crack the nikki open and see if the dip tank or jets have clogs!
Another thing?????Do you have enough gas in it so when your going up hill its not in the back of the tank????
Aslo do a compression test on it i have a feeling youll have very little compression in the rear rotor.

Kinked lines are possible if you've made any changes to them. If you don't find any, start looking for fuel line clogs.
Since you're new to the forum, welcome to the Darkside. In my sig line is a link to the FSMs, carb manual, etc.. Download whatever you need.

trochoid is right, running filterless is a mistake on these cars, especially if it has been sitting.
Unhook the fuel lines (supply and return) from both ends, blow compressed air thru them. When you see all the crud that comes out, you'll agree about filter.
I also reccomend adding a second filter just before the carb, in addition to the stock location, just before the pump.
Even though the pump is new, check to see if it has gotten partly clogged with crud. I have seen a new pump clog up in just a few minutes time.
