Spring rates for street/track use
We have our project from a long time ago. The car is running pretty well. The suspension setup is racing beat springs with front racing beat sway bar. We remove the rear sway bar due to the inside tire in the air.
We have improved the time in the tarck day in every event. It's small course with very tight corners and with a main strip that we hit about 65. Our last money went on miata torsen LSD and four 205/50/15 Kumho XS. We have shave about three seconds per lap from a 1:01 to a 58.2 The car have about 160-170WHP.
The problem that I have is that the front end goes up when exit the corner and the rear fight for traction. I have no problem with the RB ride height but I need strong springs. I was looking for re-speed website but there is a few differents spring rates. I need something that I could drive home back.

I use Ground Control/Eibach springs in my autocross car that also serves as a daily driver. (83 GSL)
I went with 350F/200R, and the ride is very good. Of course, I also have softer dampers than a lot of others, and stock swaybars.
I really like this setup, and want to use the same on my other car (84 GSL-SE), but GC no longer offers the rear springs.

i'm running 350/175 and it handles great, very responsive. ride isn't bad, although its not cushy.
ive got the GC front sway bar, and no rear. shocks are the BZ1086 illumina front and rx7 illumina rear. i think the shocks are all on 3, and this seems to be right, although its pending testing
the whole car actually turned out to be like this, its not harsh, but its really responsive and immediate, really fun

Since the actual recomened shring rates by billy were never posted in that thread, I will post them here. He suggested around 275# front and #150 rear for starting spring rates.
