Spring Identification
I bought a set of struts and springs. I got a really good deal on them. I bought them for the struts but I'll probably put the springs on as well. I'm hoping someone might have an idea about the springs. I was told they were lowering springs but that was it. They are black with no markings that I can find. They are new.

I bought they from a guy who was selling them for a freind of his. He didn't know anything about them. The friend used to have a race car that he sold two years ago. He never got around to selling these parts.

Springs
I've fitted PI springs (red) and here is the spec -Front 325 mm high- outer diameter 134.5mm bottom 76.0 mm top .
-Rear 340 mm high outer diam 115mm(same spec as Spax) -Does not lower noticeably from stock -From pic yours seem to be heavier duty.
Tip -you can replace rear easy enough with jacks etc- research on forum-don't waste money on buying spring compressors.
With front fitting take it to a shop -you'll need the proper heavy duty tools that they have -impossible to remove top nut without impact driver etc and compress spring, remember to put oil in sleeve before replacing shock .All in all it's more economical for a shop to do them all.

First time for me !-never again - btw I think Mazdatrix website had load capacity on the various springs ,I found mine well worth doing -really handles well although speed bumps still a pita.
