Help finding tires

I need tires for stock GSLSE wheels and can't find any Sumitomo 205/60R14 anywhere. Everyone is out of stock. What is the best alternative for performance street tires? Also, can I use 215/60 BFG T/As on all four wheels? Obviously less expensive the better, but I don't want crappy tires either.

Tire Rack has Yokohama AVS ES100 for $98 but they were rated lower than the Sumitomos and are about $40 more expensive.
Size: 205/60R14
Serv. Desc: 88HLoad Index 88 = 1235lbs (560kg) per tire
Speed Rating "H" = 130mph (210kph)
UTQG: Treadwear: 280
Traction: AA
Temperature: A
280 AA A
Price: $98.00

Discounttiredirect has:
Falken Ziex ZE-512
205/60R-14 88H B
UTQG 420AA
Speed Rating H*
Consumer Rating
3.0 of 5.0 Star Rating
$65.00

They also have BFG Radial T/A but only in 215 width and they're only S rated, but I have had them on other vehicles

BF Goodrich Radial T/A
P215/60R14 91S RWL
Treadwear 400
Traction A
Temperature B
Speed Rating S
Customer Rating
5.0 of 5.0 Star Rating
$86.00each

tires-easy.com has 7 options which I'm not familiar with and seem to be lower-end tires although I could be wrong.

Nankang XR611
205/60 R14 88H BSW
Stock Level: 27
UTQG: 520-A-A
only $55.00

BF Goodrich Traction T/A

Federal FORMOZA FD1

I've had two sets of ES100 on my cars. They are fine here in Florida. Got around 30,000 miles on the RX-7 before one developed a bump. The Cosmo has a newer set that are lasting even better. I like the Sumitomos a little better that are on my car now. 215 fit the rear, but I think you will find that they rub on the front.

I have Nitto NT555R and they are the best tires i have ever owned they hook fast cold and they last i have had them 2 race seasons and im still not out of tread. but they are big money and you have to have 14 inch wheels or better.
Kentetsu will contest to the tires they are great!

The 215's are too wide, the wonder steering will only get worse! Go to a premium rated tire like the yokohama avs100, may be rated lower than the sumi's but they are great!

I loved the bfg "traction" t/a's I had, don't recommend the basic radial t/a or touring t/a's though.

you get what you pay for, I cheaped out when I replaced the traction t/a's and went with daytons's since i was burning them off, big waste of money!

Well pleased with my Falken ZE912 -better /more versatile than ZE512 ,-pressure at 27psi
205/60/14 -when balancing get them to put weights at resrside of wheel -looks better.Poor man alignment also works great -research forum

According to Falken's website, they don't make the 912s in 205/60/14. Where did you find yours?

Hmm. Interesting. I just bought a set of 512s, but I'll have to keep that in mind when I need a new set. Thanks
