I'm trying to keep all body mods to a "factory" look and kinda low profile so to speak. I'm 33 and not into the huge look anymore now I like mroe of a sleeper type some obviuos mods but noting of the Fast and the Furious>

if you want a "factory" look, try to get a hold of a factory 3-piece rear deck spoiler. It really fits the look of the car, and isn't "The Fast and the Furious" styling.

That's not a spoiler - it's a 'lip'.
Spoilers can be effective on our cars where lift is a noticable trait at higher vehicle speeds (>100mph), and usually this is quickly solved by a front airdam, which forces the air to go around the car, instead of under it.
Truthfully, rear spoilers are highly overrated, and this is coming from a guy who has a whaletail. The rear end of the RX-7 is such that the airflow down the rear hatch lid is moving very quickly and effectively meets the air from the sides of the car right at the bumper line. This is effective and efficient, but can lead to rear end lift at high speeds, again >100mph.
THe one you show kills the smooth flow of the air across the back deck, and will likely lead to static air between the bumper and the spoiler, which will result in road grime and dirt building up there within just a few hundred miles.
The whaletail on my car causes this same 'dirty air' pattern, but that's to be expected, because I wanted the air to be channeled differently. The rear hatch on my car creates a vacuum behind the vertical rear window, and does not flow air smoothly to the spoiler. The rear spoiler is operating in turbulent air right now, but the flow smooths out at higher speeds.
Rear spoilers are primarily for looks, anything you hang off of your car increases that CD of .34 - the only thing to bring it down would be to take off mirrors, wipers, etc. It won't affect your fuel mileage noticably, either.
Personally, if you like it, that's what counts. I'd go bigger, but that's just me, and I'm in my 30's as well.
