i have a weird proplem, when trying to start the car i have to take the coil wire out alil to start it. what causes this

 

everytime or does this only happen oneand awhile??? and how old are your wires?

 

i changed wires, tonite i changed my distributor, i can go with new but since i had an extra i tried that, i jusr drove the car a few days ago and it was fine, but when i have to start it this way it sound like on 1 rotor

 

elaborate on "coil wire" and where are you moving it? sounds like a bad connection tho.

 

well what i do is sit the wire close to the coil and see the spark and then it starts to fire up, but after that it sounds like 1 rotor

you're such a noob. You cant be asking question without a complete background as far as SE or non-SE etc etc.

check for spark using a timing gun. its that simple.

well just got home from work, going to go check the car, if anyone has any suggestions hit me up

 

hole bunch of starting fluid, it wants to start but wont kick over

 

drop some tranny fluid down the carb , when it starts pedal the gas a couple of times until you feel that apex seal let loose ,sound like they are stuck, if thats a no go check compresion

 

whats weird manny is that i just drove it on tuesday alls well no probs

 

cars are wird like that specially that demond child of yours get yor self some witch hazel @wall -mart and wash that car down with a sponge while you say a ten of hail marry's

well it started yesterday, but then couldnt get it going again, oh well, hey manny if i cant get it started it will b a nogo at the track on friday
