Should all of the spark plugs spark during ignition?? Only my trailing plugs are firing. I've checked my ignitors and they are good. When should the trailing and leading plugs be firing and what could make the leading plugs not fire. I have new plugs, wires, and coils.

The leading will fire first then the trailing. Have you check the cap are rotor. It either has to be that or for some reason the leading coil is not getting power. Try switching all the wires that go to the coils (leading and trailing), cap, and plugs and see if the leading fire and the trailing stop. If they do then you know there is a problem with power to the coil.
