But this is first gen related. I may be getting a part time job at advance auto parts.

HORRAY EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS!

Now, Is there a way that if I get the discount, I can "spread the word" to my fellow First gen owners out there and use me as a reference for when they get parts from AA, to get a discount? Or maybe I will be in-the-know and fill you guys in on special happenings from there.

Just gathering up Interest/Info. You guys helped me a lot here and I want to return the favor

It nice that you are offering to do favors for your fellow 1st genners but that kind of stuff will wind up getting you in trouble and we would prefer that you don't tarnish your work record.

Hey, forget the discounts and other flavors. Just get a sticky thread started or we can just pm you to lookup the right part numbers so when we walk into a store we know the part number we want and we don't have to play the guessing game with the counter dude. Kind of like how folks look up vins for people, but instead this would be to lookup AA parts numbers for RX parts.

BTW, I like AA better than the zone for most stuff because they usually have more stuff in stock and have better folks behind the counter.
