the slammed look??
today at school I had my car parked on a mound of gravel in such a way that the rear wheel was sunk down in the wheelwell. Needless to say it looked kind of tight.
what would I have to do to drop the ride hieght down to the point of zero or negative wheelgap (tire under fender).
Right now I have b&g springs and illumina shox. I have about 3/4 inch wheel gap, it looks good but I would like to go lower.
I know that the rear suspension will bind if lowered to much and that there is something called a panhard bar.
would this panhard bar affect a drag launch, such as increased wheelhop.
throw out ideas.

Coil overs would do the trick...but they are only offered for the front (GC). Also racing beat sells a shock extension to lower the front and still keep the stock shock travel.
The rear I would besides what everybody tell you cut some coils on the lowering springs but I would make sure they are higher rate than the stock ones. With larger wheels like 16s the desired look you want can be achieved.
I had an 85 with 13" panasports with 50 series euro ta's about 5 years ago and I had it slammed to about 2" off the ground, it looked tight like you said like a freaking skateboard. Not the look or handling I'm afer nowdays
About handling just forget about....it will be terrible...but if you are after the look...coil over for the front, cut coils on the back and get some 16"s, that will be tight...
