Nothing wrong with a primered car
I dunno how we'd mark ourselves. . . . I'm thinking of getting a rotor tatoo on my arm, but I'm sure that's common.
Maybe we should get a list of cell numbers of those going? Then we can set up a meeting place, and get to know each other's faces
Just a little suggestion.

Is it safe to drive from NM to CA with a cracked front windshield? Because if not, that'll be a helluva cost I wasn't planning on. I mean, it's got that sealant stuff on it, but, still. . . .

The last one, huh? They should incorporate that into the name. "SevenStock 7: Efini" Heh.
As much as I would love to go:
A) My car probably wouldn't make it
B) I live too far away
C) I'm sure my dad isn't up for a "road trip"
Well, maybe I could talk him into a vacation... We could fly, and I have an aunt in Cali. I dunno, I am positive I won't be there. Have fun guys, and drool over few cars for me. Heh.
**EDIT** Just checked out MapQuest. From my house to the Hilton that the SS7 Banquet will be is approx. 1902.67 miles with an approx. travel time of 30 hours and 10 minutes.
Aren't plane tickets cheap now? Heh.

I got a chance to the 787B race when I was (counts on fingers) 5 and 6 years old. We had a race in downtown New Orleans called the Grand Prix Du Mardi Gras, and they had everything from second and third gen 7 race cars to the 787B and the 333SP. It was insane. We have a bunch of pictures in photo albums.
I remember after the 1996 race, we were leaving, and while walking through the food court, my dad grabbed a table sign for the Grand Prix Du Mardi Gras. I said, "What do you want that for?" He said, "You never know, this might not be bck next year." Sure enough, the race has never returned...
Man, I wish I would have been older to remember it better. I barely remeber a lot of it, but one of the things I remember most was looking out of the side of the parking garage at night and watching a pair of race prepped third gens (team cars) coming down a straight with their brake rotors glowing red, braking for the next turn. You see, I've been a rotorhead my whole life.
Man... Fond memories...
