The series 3 released in Australia did not have power steering. I managed to buy one off a Jpanese half-cut ad now have power steering. Trouble is that the pump needs an overhaul. I believe the US Series 3 has p/s and am hoping that it is the same pump, (perhaps reversed) but has the same service repair kit and internal parts. Can any advise? Or perhaps a picture of a p/s pump so that I can have a guess and then perhaps try to buy a repair kit if I think it will work. Help!
