searched but could not find...

i was searching for anyone with an exhaust system set up that runs under the differential rather than over...does anyone have that set up?? i also have questions regarding that... would there be any problem doing that?clearance issues? is it easier to go under? any input would be greatly appreciated...thanx in advance...

Easier yes, better no ... You would probably hit everybump you try to go over ... especially if its a lowered car, I think that only times that i've seen it is on a few purpose built racers to try to free up some ponies from that huge bend ... its really not that much more if one HP ... I've seen people do like a 2.5" piping and at that bend do 3" (its kinda tight to get in there) but its to help compensate air flow.

so the only bad thing is hitting bumps?? well this is my project car not my daily driver, its just for fun...if you were in this situation would you run it under?? thanx for the input....

No, I wouldn't run it under. I already have little enough ground clearance that I wouldn't want to reduce it by 2.5-3" by running the pipe underneath.

nevermind then.... but i do like the idea of changing the pipe size to 3" at the bend...
