After seeing the thread on the reverse glow gauges, I decided I really want a set for my car. I have a set in my Toyota, and they are great. Is it possible to swap the gauge cluster from a '84 - '85 GSL-SE into an older model? (Since they only make them for the GSL-SE cars.)

 

you would have to swap the whole dash. that cluster won't fit in any other dash.

 

Dammit! I don't suppose anyone knows of some nice gauges for the '83 and earlier cars?

A couple of guys here have made the 86-92 style gauge cluster fit in 79-83 style dashes.

Looked damn good too.

Plus, they sell indiglo gauges for those too.
