I beleive these 'many bends in the header' you are talking about is in fact quite necessary. Those bends would make it an equal length header which is wayyy better. If both header pipes are straight, then they are unequal length, and one ports exhaust gasses have to flow further than the others

Now I have seen this discussion come up twice in the past week. I think something needs to be done. Because until we can see dyno proven results, it will all be hear say.
I think its really all about how much bang you want for your buck!!

mine won't be able to come out cause its all welded ... I can really feel the difference above about 4000rpms, it moved the power band up a bit but thats because my piping is 2.5" so i knew that was going to happen. Now i've got him to add a O2 sensor spot what should I hook up to that ? Wideband? AIR/ Fuel Ratio ... what do you think it best for the money.
Also about the SDJ ... it will be a bit hard to say how much more power it will give cause they are custom made ... the collector size does make a difference and the range of your power band
