I had a black soft top similar to a mazda mx5 or eunos roadster but i am currently in the process of having a new one made! I purchased this vehicle in standard trim gold/green in colour 12inches off the 175 13inch rims already verted! It was running a 12a tallport minus bodykit it was quite a disturbing piece to look at then! Its been a year & a half project that i dont think will ever end thanks!!!

Wow looks awesome. How does it look with the top up? Did you add any extra bracing?

It has a monster chassis on it which if you imagine a rectangle with a big cross joining at both parallel ends! In an accident im pretty sure the body would rip clear of the chassis & the chassis would remain unharmed! very extreme bracing very professional conversion!

I am not normally a fan of the modern body kits, but you have done a nice job and it looks very stylish. Does it have a trunk (alright then, boot) that opens?

I did two of them , one with a lot of RX-2 parts that had a 60s Italian flavor, then one that looked pretty stock. If you have not seen them, photos are on the 3rd page here:

Yeah that one is definitely Italian inspired. Reminds me of an Alfa Romeo

nice job man, I'm new to the 7's forum, but I gotta admit, its one of the best looking vintage mazdas I've ever seen! Nice job of choosing color; That kit needed to be candied.
you got any pics under the hood?
