rx wont stop starting

I'm dealing with this same issue myself. I put a couple of washers under the bottom and tightened it back down. This told me that the teeth were sticking together because they are too close. Still don't have a perm fix for this. Keep us posted!

Just burned my starter out because it stuck engaged but the car was on. After a few mins at idle poof large cloud of that electrical burning stench. I agree that it was more likely the key switch because its been acting funky. I'm getting a new starter, using electrical contact cleaner and blowing in some graphite.

Keep having dreams that these cars are trying to meet somewhere and take over the world. I'm naming mine Optimus Prime.

mine is doing the same thing , I switch the ignition switch and same problem, I

think is the ssolenoid mine does it here and their, my car was sitting for a while

so thats probly why ,need lubrication, i took it to test and they told me can be

soloneid.only 23 bucks
