IN Ruined a Camber plate

Hey guys,

I was putting my front suspension back together Friday and 2 nuts siezed on the camber plate and broke the studs loose. If anyone has one laying around i would like to take it off your hands.

I posted a WTB thread but have gotten no responses yet.

Thanks!

That is called an upper strut mount, not a camber plate. Camber plates perform the same basic function as a strut mount you have pictured but also allow for camber adjustment as well as caster in some cases.

With that said you can buy new strut mounts all day long at Rock Auto for $27.00 each. Unless you are getting a set for free I would just buy them new.

Could you not press out the stud and weld in a new bolt?
