rough jerking(lol)

Okay guys, its my 84 GSL-SE again Everything seems to work fine, well except when i start it it turns off immediately, but then i just turn it back on and give it a little gas. that isnt the problem though, the problem is shifting into 2nd, even with he most perfect shift it starts jerking like crazy and wont go past 3k rpm and the tachometer's needle just dances a lot, a down shift stalls the car, and when i shift to 3rd the jerking continues. eventually the jerking goes away and its able to rev higher. again 1st is completely fine, its when i shift where the problem presents itself. oh and when i start it white smoke comes out the back, but only small puffs, but thats probably just because of the cold weather, right?

Rotor 1 is infront, Rotor 2 is in the rear. Leading are on Bottom and Trailing are on Top.
