You know me- fresh food in the morning is better than a diner, any day.
I've got a nice iron skillet and flat pan if you need it.

(hey- my #500 post is about my favorite subject- food! )

Here is the headcount including myself so far...

Bizarro + 1
82Transam
Tom + 1
Sterling
Enigma32 + 1
OtakuRX
Lt.Dan
Jutny

So far its a count of 11 total going...so if we split $50 it would come out to about $4.55 each...not a bad deal huh? Bring extra cash for the grocery store run and rotorfest itself...!!!

I don't have everyone's info yet (you know who you are)

Does everyone on this list have those 2 way radio's? We could use that to communicate as we get closer to the campgrounds if cell signal is weak...channel 10 !!!

I plan on being there with 82Transam around 11'ish ... to get there before everyone else...

what camping activities can we come up with to pass the time? cards? volleyball? hiking? drooling over sterlings display sample carb?

i vote volleyball or hiking since i'm an FI guy...otherwise i'd vote sterlings demonstration

btw, tom...congrats on the 500 posts...

No two-way radios here..
I would imagine the time will be spent bullshitting and ogling over everyone's cars!
(However- cards is fine by me, same with volleyball, frisbee, consumption of copious amounts of beverages in sports bottles..whatever.)

Yeah, I'm sure time will fly by just BSing.
I like frisbee & cards 'n beer.

No Sterling Carb model. I just have my tesy rat-carby on my car, and Tom will have a Carl-built Sterling Carb on his.
Hell man, I don't wanna spend all my time talkin' about carbs! I do enough of that **** here!
(That's not to say I won't help someone with a problem... -OH YEAH, and there's always this silly-*** "Vacuum box mech.secs." thing that I gotta show 82 trans-am & Bob doesn't work. )

I have a big grill-griddle that I can do breakfast on.
Tom, you're bringing enough stuff!

Someone bring paper plates. I'm bringing real silverware cause plastic forks SUCK!

Any rotary car parked near other rotary cars is in the show. And iirc its cheaper if you preregister. And why name tags? theres only 12 of us, if we can't remember 12 names there might be a problem. Is there anything I should be bringing to contribute to this?

Here is stuff I have on my list. There may be a little more, little less...

Equipment List
4-6 person tent
2 person tent
Coleman 2 burner cookstove
Coleman fuel
Lantern
Cooking Utensil kit (spatula, turning fork, serving spoons, etc)
Several stacked pots and pans
Coffee pot
Coffee
Condiments and staples bag- Salt, pepper, sugar, hotsauce, herbs (the culinary variety), matches, handsoap, dish soap, towels, wash and rinse bins, scrub pads, paper towels, toilet paper, first aid kit, pack of cards- stuff like that.
Camp saw, camp axe
Tarp(s), rope, bungee cords, repair kit, etc..
Spare grate (for cooking)

I know this equipment sounds like a lot- but I keep the majority of this stuff in a box ready to go at a moments notice, so it is no big deal.

Personal List
Light weight sleeping bag
Sleeping pads
Camp chairs
Cots
Toiletries and towel
Clothes
Flashlight
Car care bag
Camera

Food from home (free- homemade stuff if you guys want it)
Fresh venison salami (good for snacks and lunch)
Fresh ground pork sausage (with sage) for breakfast patties
Fresh smoked ‘chipped’ venison (great for sandwiches or mixed with scrambled eggs and gravy for breakfast
Any cut of fresh frozen pork or venison anyone could care to want

I'll give it some more thought and post later on..

Gee, Tom...This trip would be a "Where's the nearest Micky-Dee's?" without you!
I'll surely demonstrate my gratitude by eating every left-over you have!

Looks like my Rexy's bein' a belligerant lil' bitch!
I got new shoes for it and everything, but am having... (get this!-

...CARB TROUBLE! Go figure, right?
While I do have two more days to work on it, I'm also supposed to be getting all kinds of crazy work done.
I may succumb to the Z3 with it's cracked rear window and very (VERY) limited cargo room.

It'll be great to see your seven...
though I wouldn't have minded the Z3 either... The Girlfriend would never let me live it down if I got to ride in a Z3 :-)

I somehow have to do the clutch and front suspension on mine in the next 9 days despite the fact that I'm supposed to work every one of those days... :-/

Where are you located in "central NY"?
I'm in Dutchess County.

My Rx-7 is really no big deal to look at. Even under the hood it's pretty beat.
