return oil line?

return oil line?
I have an 82, automatic. I am putting in a tranny cooler. which line is the return line? The top one or the lower one at the bottom of the radiator?

The coolant hoses go in at the top and out at the bottom, for the engine. I would imagine the tranny cooler flows the same way, unless there is a thermo or check valve in it.
