Rear shock lengths
Does anyone know the fully collapsed and fully extended lengths of the OEM rear shocks? I figured I would post this and ask before I tore one off my car and measured. Hopefully I can save myself some work here.
Thanks guys,

I have a 1983 GSL.
Yes. I'm turning it into a rally car and over the next couple months I'm going to be caging it. When I do that, I'm going to box and extend the rear strut towers and will need longer shocks. I've got a potential hook-up to get some decent used ones, but I need to give him OEM lengths so he can see if he has anything in inventory that will work for me.

I am currently in the same boat and want to rally my rx but my GSL is just too low (for comfort).
What did you do to increase the ride height? What struts/shocks/Springs?
should longer shocks and springs work for the rear? what about the front? (besides coilovers)
Regards,
Daniel
