raced an 87 RX-7, with my 12a no nitrous

Beat the 87 rx7 by about 2 cars and kept walking.

I think the 87 was stock. Are those 16.4sec cars? How is my originally 17+ sec 1/4 mile 85 12a GSL doing? Can anybody guesstimate my HP now? 2300lbs... street dyno...

Thanks.

1st-gens are faster than non-turbo 2nd-gens.

FC stands for Fat Chassis They're HEAVY.

Second-gen NAs may be kinda slow, but the body style is very nice.. I like certain aspects of the body design.. the front end, the doors..

Stock Turbo IIs run low 15s in the quarter, which is faster than my slightly-modded GSL-SE, but it would be fun to race one. Also, second-gens have a 0.29 Cd, vs our 0.35 (est) Cd.. I wonder what that means at high speeds??

The FCs need the 13B just to haul their porky butts around

At 2300lb you should be seeing low 16's with stock HP, quicker if you have more than stock power.
