I have a mostly rust free 1984 SE body with some front end damage I was thinking of doing the same thing to :C I would *give* it away if someone was around to take it.

Heeh I have an 82 chassis that is mostly stripped already. If someone wants to help me pull the engine and tranny from it you can have the shell..just need the thing gone...btw it had no suspension, hood, header panel, front fenders...

Waste of time doing all that.
Could of parted it out for more than $66, or by the looks of things could of fixed it up.
You'll regret chopping it up and scrapping it one day.
