Would ther be any disadvantage to going with a harder bushing for the idler arms? Maybe polyurethane or something...

I thought be decided that the idler arms dont have rubber bushings? They're plastic or brass or something like that.

Do you happen to know the size of the factory sway bar?

The stock bar is, I think, 23 or 25 mm. The bushing included in the kit fits the stock bar.
Thats what steve thinks. When i ordered mine they were just like. "okay, no questions asked" If your trying to fit it to the stock bar i don't see why there would be any difficulty. If you can wait until i get home i could measure it for you. (didnt drive to work today).

Nah, I'll give it a try without knowing, if that doesn't work I'll measure it tonight when I get home and order tomorrow. Thanks for the offer though. If it is a kit and the bushings are made to fit the stock brackets, I can't imagine that they really need to know this. Here I go to order!

That's what they'd be going in. I may even be a nice guy and do a set for my pops in his 85. How long did it take you to install them? Any of them pressed in?

So does the local parts store, on my way to go pick up a set in about ten minutes! A few pennies cheaper than Mazdatrick, no shipping, and no waiting....
