question on rebuild
okay question!
i pulled otu my engine....that part is done.....ive got a rebuild kit on hold and now my question
should i leave the old rotors in it and just replace the rings and stuff or should i put new rotors in it..... or how do i tell if the old rotors are shot?
ps.....
the rebuild is in the process because the car has about 130,000 miles on it and the no compression

Obviously the rotors need to be cleaned thoroughly and inspected but as long as there is no visible damage like scoring and the apex seal slots haven't worn out they should be fine. Need any advice on how to clean em?

Yeah, and make sure you clean out the side and apex-seal slots. You can use an old side seal to scrape out the carbon. When you've removed all the built-up crap and carbon off the rotors you can blow them dry with compressed air and wash them down in thinners.
