I have an 83 GS and rotated the strut tops to get as much negative camber as possible. But only have close to zero, I think its within a tenth, on the positive side.
Guess you need to spend the big bucks to get some neg.
I think the car would look much better with neg camber.

as i former suspension mechanic, i was able to play with my front end settings ("82 rx7 12a turbo http://groups.yahoo.com/group/adsyswasteoftime ) when i had it...
basiclly i used a techneque that is normally used to correct accident damaged camber problems, which involves bending the the strut just above the stub axle...
(dont try this at home folks) good suspension shops shoud be able to do thisfor the cost of for around 2 hours labour plus the cost of the alingment
the settings that i found the best for me were:
Camber -2.5 degs (less for the street)
Castor +6.0 degs... (this also helps with castor induced camber but you cant runs as much on the Pre '80 models
Toe .5mm ( this was my street setting when all my front end was new)
i also got to play with a few racing gen1 rx7's and most guys would runs the same settings with a little less castor, and the toe settings tend to vary from driver to driver
