push button ignition switch

Question push button ignition switch

we are running a no key igntion...which wires on the back of the ignition switch are the constant the ignition and the starter?

In the 20mins you waited did you search the forums? I swear I saw instructions in here before on how to install a push button deal..

no they have some ignition button instructions for a 2nd gen and uhh yea we dont have a key

some things to remember. I"m not sure what all needs power to function but the coils do, piece of cake with toggle switch. and you also need to have power to the starter solenoid as well. Really all you need is a master on/off switch since you need tailights wipers, headlights, all that fun stuff. you would need to bypass the stock ignition with a switch. then just have a push button for the starter. not too sure on all this but its how we have it on our race car. yea i know that doesn't apply but just think simple and work from that. hope this helps point you in the right direction.

isn't the FC ignition switch basically the same as an FB? i replaced the one in my FC,a nd the other day i was looking at the one in my FB, and it looked like the exact same setup
