Well, I can tell you that I'm reading and can relate, but haven't run a Dellorto in 5 years, so I can't help with jetting. I can only chime in and hope that you're as impressed as I was with the layout of the carb. I friggin love those DHLAs.
BTW, if you buy a little bag of jets to keep in your glovebox, you can dyno-tune the carb as well. Most dynos state that there's no re-jetting because they're used to pulling the float bowls off Holleys and stuff, but they're shocked to see a Dellorto rejet with a 30-sec turnaround time. Good stuff.

i haven't had it on the car yet but i was just running this by so i could figure out all which jets i had to trace down to get it running properly. do you think it should run about right with the correction of those two jets?

so i just called cb performance to order some jets, i got a set of 230 fuel, 90 pump jets, 75 idle, and a master rebuild kit. the total only came to like $64 bucks shipped, not to shabby, plus they offered me tech help.

150hp?
gruntled.com They have good info if you haven't been there already... has old RB catalog that tells power increase. Also look at your needle and set size. From racing beat it was a 300. On my current rebuild, post on next page, the needle and set was 200 and was on a current members car before so must of worked. The cb kit (just got) comes with a 225 (2.25 mm) sized orface. euro carbs sells a rotary rebuild kit with a 350 sized needle and set and they also sell the needle and set for 10 euros or so, so thats another thing you might want to look at when setting your pressure right. Wish I would of mentioned that earlier, as shipping is 20 bucks or so I thing. Oh and Ive been told that CB's dellorto book is really good.
Also if you could get a good pic or describe how your pump jets were marked (just 80 on it? ) as mine had a 7 and a 35, 35 is a size 7 isn't so im confused lol.

i just checked my needle valve and it was a 150?!?, i got the rebuild from cb so i guess ill be using the 225 and seeing if that (hopefully) works. my pump jets just say 80 right above the exiting oriface, you can even see it when you open the buterflys up. i'll try to get a picture.

ERRR dang ghetto carb, at least the casing/casting is in good cond. Well to get really detailed, where the oriface is at, to the top right/diagonaly about 1/8" it says the 7 and 35 on the other jet. To the top left/diagonaly about 1/8" it says inc with a diamond shap around it ^ like that with one below it to. I already ordered from cb, then now from euro, if cb has the jets, I guess Ill get them. I wanted to get their book anyways Boss just changed paydays from bi to weekly!!! so exciting, every friday is a good friday.

By the way, be super careful with the float bowl cover. The float hangs from it on two pair of thin fingers, and it's very easy to break the casting at the base of the fingers. Super careful.
