Is PSI from a Turbo related to the CFM output

What I am asking is. The more CFM a turbo can output, does this mean a higher PSI rating? i have a 12a engine. I think the max a stock engine needs is around 150 cfm of air. If I push through 300 cfm does this raise the pressure? If not where does all the extra air go? First off the system has to be air tight. Thanks for any info have at it!!!
