I know that Vic British sells a kit for $50 or a remote-enabled kit for $70... Seems pretty reasonable and they look fairly easy to install - by the pic in the catalogue it looks like they attach to the line that drops right from the ****.

I have no personal experience with the item or how it's installed.

Does it do the hatch too? I'm not sure; the catalog doesn't mention the hatch. If so I think I'll order one up - lemme know what results you get. Feel free to post a tutorial with pics when you install it.

I have my doors, back hatch, and gas window all connected to the alarm system and they all open with a remote control. Doors lock when car starts, Lock and Unluck doors with remote.. same with back hatch, and gas window. I like the setup...

What hardware did you buy? You need an aftermarket door lock kit too eh?

For the doors yes, I had to get the electric door selenoids to open and lock doors, for the hatch, I used the stock selenoid, same for the gas door. then they were connected to the alarm system to also active the alarm if any of them are opened while the alarm is on. Works great, I had it pay for itself within 5 days of installing the new system.

I just had the it done when the alarm was installed.

I do know that they needed to use low profiel lock mechanisms because the door is relitivly thin.
