It should work as long it's a fuel injection regulator.

This is for carb applications.

This 3-port return-style fuel pressure regulator is designed to regulate fuel pressure between high pressure fuel pumps and carburetors or fuel injection systems. The total adjustable range of the regulator is 3-12 psi. The bypass port sends the excess pressure back to the fuel tank. Returning the fuel back to the tank benefits the pump by running cooler, drawing less current, and always having full volume output available at the desired pressure setting. This style of regulator features a fully machined housing from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, with specially designed high-flow fuel passages. A mounting bracket is provided to allow quick and easy mounting.

It's referring to American-style "throttle body" fuel injection (ala Holley Projection), which operates at very low pressures (12-15 psi) vs the high pressure (40+ psi) of bosch style manifold fuel injection. All you need to know is that the regulator operates from 3-15 psi, so it won't work. From the description, it is for retrofitting to a high pressure fuel system, as when replacing EFI with a carb.
