BTW thank you Trochoid for you're input, I want to get ideas for what paint to use when rebuilding the S4 engine I have this semester in class...
And when the god damn rain lets up, I'll start swapping **** over to my GSL-SE shell

You can make it a Targa, just reinforce the body and cut the centre section of the roof out.
Thanks Ray, I've been wondering if that had been done yet. I'd love a Wankel Porsche.

Oh for sure i'll do that tomorrow hahaha. Make it sound so easy. It's definitely a project that will take time and would require a "test FB" to be done on, since I doubt there is a really good write up on it, might not get done right the first or even second time.

Thanks Roar, yours doesnt look that bad either
We will se how she performs this summer, hopefully.. I still have some cleaning to do, and i have to put the real engine in. Just some water lines and the downpipe left before its time to start the "real" assembly

Just to keep this thread bumped because it has such nice pics, here's a few more:
Previous 7
Bridgeported, injected 13B engine from RX4. Lightened flywheel and dual 2.5" exhaust all the way back with a single reverse flow muffler. Nice and loud I regret selling this one.
Made 194rwhp at 8500rpm
Current 7
13B extend ported with t04b turbo, gilmer belt drives, custom exhaust 3" dump to hi-flow cat then 2.5" back to magnaflow muffler. Toyota hilux lsd diff, s5 brakes on front.
Estimated 320rwhp but still to be confirmed.
(Old photo, has had a s5 5 lug conversion done to front now so same wheels as back.)
And just for a bit of a change here are some engie bays of previous rotaries I've owned:
Series 4 NA Stock
13B RE Cosmo
Stock except converted it to a manual and changed the turbos to non-sequential due to boost issues.
That's pretty much my rotary history over the last 7 years.

Double Ds for me to share
This is a current shot of the new car thats getting everything that is in the old car.
This is whats going into the above car. I pulled the upper rear end links out of the body on a launch drag racing.
