Hmm, looking at all these engine bays has me thinking a bit... what is a good Engine Pant/enamel to use?
I've been looking at that Dupli-color High Heat stuff, but someone told me its crap...
Anyone have suggestions? I'd love to clean up my engine bay like this

These were pics of my rebuild when it was still in the shop. It's back on the road now. I need to get more recent pics when it's back on the road in the spring.

Engine is so big they had to use a "push style" fan and mounted it in front of the radiator, oodles of torque but I wish it had the original rotary engine in it sometimes. Doing small bolt-on things to it and I have to admit the engine sounds good, it should put out about 220hp to the ground when finished.
Right now my focus is on some new wheels I am dead set on 16x7" Maxxim Screech's with a 15 offset, then the suspension will get a full revamping!!

Better late then never . . .
I got the radiator off eBay -- it's a Northern made for V8 modifieds, I believe. I added some brackets and stuff to make it fit. In the end, it's a good way to go if you can do some minor fabrication and welding.

After I stripped the bottom of the widebody and shot it with an epoxy primer/sealer, I sprayed all of it with the truck bed liner, including the wheel wells and front frame horns. Refurbished fuel tank got the same treatment. This also works as a textured chip/rock guard that comes stock on our rocker panels. It will not work when sprayed over the OEM undercoating or dealer added rust proofing. This stuff is so tough, I've concidered doing an entire body with it in lieu of paint. Body would never have another rock chip and it would reduce the damage from door dings. It would also never need compounding, waxing or any of that other tedious detail work. Just take it to the car wash and blast away. If one really wanted a shine, shoot it with a polyurethane clear coat but be prepared in case the clear begins to peel.
