yeh, oil out of the plugs holes is generally a bad thing. for ***** you could fire it up though and see how bad it smokes. what are you going to do, tear it up?

Was it stalled in oil for storage reasons? Probably not. Try to fire it up anyway.

usually means that the oil retaining rings are gone, unless as previously mentioned it was stored in atf or oil

How much oil? The rotor oil control rings are probally shot, unless someone put somehting in the carb/motor to increase compression. Or to allow it to set for some time without running... Purge it really good with gas and see if the oil stops coming outta the holes. If it does and has decent compression you might get some miles outta it. If oil is coming out of it all the time then a rebuild will be neccessary, unless you like perpetual oil changes and smoking like a coal burning freight train

Unless there's about four gallons of oil in the engine, I'm inclined to think that someone had tried to soak it in MMO or ATF.
If the seals were so damn shot, then the oil would drain back down to the pan.
No?

If it's filled w/oil and you flush it w/ fuel, be prepared for a fire at the exhaust side of the engine when it starts.

I was meaning leave the exhaust off and let it flush out in a bucket or oil drain pan..

Common sense would tell you to wash the bay down really well with water and degreaser before ever attempting to start and run it with raw fuel on there.. Im sorry I left common sense stuff of the topic
