is it possible to move the alternator?

Once the nest and airpump is gone, do you think I can relocate the alt to the air pump location?

Not a good position due to the heat. The other side is what most kits call for. I have the old pineapple bracket I got off someone on th forum for 60 bucks. Puts it where the AS compressor used to be. Heres a pic:

hey that's my old bracket. lol
i've got another one that has been modded to fix the known pineapple breakage. no bolts or adjuster arm, but I have the instructions that tell you what bolts to buy. $80shipped. And you cannot use a fd alt with it but FB and FC alts will fit fine.

I'm going to have to retract my statement on the alt burning up next to the headers. I was searcing for webber-nikki-turbo info and I found this. Wilma the 24hr car.

Its won't actually burn up but the heat is higher on that side and positioning it on the other side just makes better sense, thats all.

Only if you have room on the other side.

I don't.

Didn't someone also bring the battery over to the Pass side
