Br8eq is the stock recommended plug.

will all work in your daily driven 12a rx7. No gap set is needed. Tighten them a couple turns past hand tight with a wrench. There is a crush washer that needs to be flattend. Not much past hand tight though or you aluminum housing threads could be stripped.

Never seen a plug with 4 ground points before... what's the purpose?
