If you use the freezer method, be sure to grease the bearing beforehand and wrap it in plastic to avoid getting a bunch of moisture in the bearing.

hey 680 i checked the bearing and it appears to already be up against the inner lip.. its till sticking outta the e shaft my 1mm or so, could it be possible that napa gave me the wrong bearing????
