PICS of my Mode 1 from 2002

There have been many changes since then...
Purolator fuel pressure regulator and gauge replaced with Holley / NOS
The battery is now a redtop
The California amp is now two 4 channel MTX's
The Bosch driving lights are in place now
I have my spacer adapters on now and my wheels are flush with the body now front and back. They were too inset.
but this is where I was then (and it was the last round of pictures):

Very nice, though white isn't my favorite color. Your engine bay looks very nice and clean, great job.

Looks great.

I still can't decide how I feel about the Mariah hood. Part of me says it looks cool, part of me says "WTF".

LOL I just figured out how to post pics today. Before I only could get the tiny avatar size to post. I used the search and found out about the free hosting links, then I just went to my old photos and uploaded the three. Hell, that was two cameras ago ! I'll be wearing y'all out with pics now that I know how to do it.

Interior and wheels / spacer/adapter pics next.

I like the hood well enough. It's the hatch that I have a love/hate relationship with.

The guys at Design Energy ( Mariah Motorsports now ) called one of the rebuild options "rally port", which as told to me was a big street port, but still very streetable, easy to start and could be driven daily. My goal back then ( 1995 ) was just "180 to 200 horsepower". I suspect I have that to the flywheel, but not to the wheels.

I'm just glad I didn't pay the extra money for the "drift port"
