It has Intrax lowering springs on it, with the front air dam it rubs just getting in to the driveway.

Mate that is a mint looking 7. The seats are Series 5 turbo seats, i got some in my 79, easy swap to do aswell

As for the tach/volt meter, it sounds like one of the plugs in the back of the dash is loose. If you got rubber elbows, you can twist your arm up under the dash, find the speedo cable connection and to the side of it are two big circular plugs, give em a few jiggles and plug them back in and see if it helped, if it didnt, pull the guage cluster out and clean all the connections on the plug and the pins.

if that doesnt help... give the car to me

My intermittent turn signals was caused by corrosion on the bulb at the light. If one doesn't blink, you will know it b/c it (should) blink really fast when you hit the turn signal. Clean out the corrosion and you should be good to go. Oh, and I added WD40 to the connectors for the bulbs hoping this would cut down on future corrosion. Not sure if that does anything though....
