I really want enkei rpf1s for the ol rx7 but they sadly dont come anywhere NEAR my needed bolt pattern and rim size / offset. :/

so what else is out there for lightweight wheels that breathe for our cars?

Have you checked your ebays and your ali babas? I bought a sweet set of fake RPF1s for my other car in 15x7 off an ebay seller. Really nice quality, made in Thailand or Philipines or something. Approx $400us.

Its hard to beat the waffles or the plus wheels as they only weigh 12.5 pounds, so getting lighter is a challenge. Of course getting good streetable rubber for 13" wheels is very hard without going full race tires. Bumping up to 15" works and opens up a lot of tire choices. As mentioned just look on wheel site for 15x7 wheels in 4x110 bolot pattern. The offset should be about 20mm. Lots of choices at 15".

some people use adapters to either change the lug pattern to 4x114.3(4.5) or 4x100. but this will change what offset u will need dependent on the thickness of the adapter used and require longer lug bolts or change to studs. OR u can swap in the suspension from a gsl-se and gain more than just the better lug pattern.

edit: u posted the car for sale on 6-5, did u decide to keep it?
