Another "will this wheel fit" thread

I just read in the latest issue of Grassroots Motorsports magazine that Konig will be releasing their Rewind wheels with bolt patterns of 4x100 and 4x114.3 with a 40mm offset in a 15x7 size.
Link from Konig: http://www.konigwheels.com/catalog_p...ID=1&ss_id=389

How well would this wheel fit on my 85 with 1.25" thick 4x110 to 4x114.3 adapters? Any suggestions on tire sizes to go with them?

Anyone have any thoughts on these versus the Superlite wheels offered by Pack Racing Products? (http://www.packracingproducts.com/page_wheels.html)

If the Superlites are available in 4x110, I would go with them. Even if they cost a little bit more than the Rewinds, it's probably better to go with something you don't need adapters for. I think I would trust a straight up 4x110 wheel over something else with adapters. You also have to figure in the cost of adapters might make the Rewinds cost more in the end.

well a big problem occurs with the offset on the non-se 1st gens rather than the bolt pattern. its 25mm offset for 5 inch wide rims and 24mm for 5.5 inch. most aftermarket rims are mainly around 40mm.
