im looking to start this soon, but i have been wondering about something. what about the polyurethane bumpers? how do we prep them? just rough up the paint a little and go? what about if our bumper is missing some paint so it causes the surface to not be level?

Thanks aws, I need to replace the nose piece on my white 84 GSL that got bent up by a retread from a local tow truck:



I'm going to use the one from my tan 84 GSL:



But will need to try to match the original. I just happen to have a can to white Rustoleum spray paint, I think I'll give that a try. If it looks promising I just might give it a try on my silver 85 GSL.
