Paging RotaryShack (Robert)

Hey Robert,

Bob Hickox here. Hoping to get a status from you on my parts. Have had no luck with email or phone so this is the last resort. My work number is 407-762-3182 between 9am-6pm est and my cell at 407-782-9486 any other time. I understand that it is taking some time for the manifold and carb hat to make. All I ask is a little update and how long it will be before I see the parts. Being that it has been a month since I heard from you and I have had trouble contacting you the last couple of weeks I am becoming a little worried that I won't see the parts or my money. Could you please ease my pain. I also sent you a couple of emails with updated pictures of my car for your opinion and haven't heard anything back from you on that either. Thanks in advance.

Could we please have a special forum for people who do business with Rotary Shack? There must be hundreds of rotary shops in the US but Rotary Shack, one of the smallest, seems the only one who generates for and against, and inquiry threads on this forum which is supposed to be for technical discussions.

There is a specific forum for vendor comments. Unfortunately the majority of Rotaryshack threads do not bother to use it.

Is there a problem, or am I tilting at windmills?

The idea is for Robert to see it not anyone else. If this goes to a different section that Robert doesn't look in what is the point. I prefer it stayed here. Thanks.

I don't want to be a downer here, but I personally would never do any business with this guy. This is purely for the fact that he takes FOREVER to answer some of the simplest questions. I sent him an e-mail about a year ago asking about a turbo preped carb but never got an answer. Normally I would call this bad customer service, but I know he's a busy guy. But frankly, if your so busy that you can't even check your e-mail, then mabey you should think about hiring more employees or something, because thats rediculous and there is really no excuse for not answering an email. Sorry Robert, but this is one customer you will never have.

I am getting so sick and tired of seeing these bandwidth waste of a thread junk littering the 1stgen section. Freakin' PM Robert and quit wasting our time and space with your crap issues.

Hmm, renting space on a bilboard might have been more private than posting it in a public forum.

I have to agree with what seems to be the general concensus; we should either have a Robert section in this forum or put a stop to these posts all together.
